Pre-Owned · 11 pieces · 40–44mm

The Sea-Dweller descends directly from the Submariner but is built for saturation diving: a helium escape valve lets trapped gas vent safely during decompression, and the current model is rated to 1,220m (4,000ft), roughly four times the Submariner's depth rating. Rolex added the Cyclops date lens to the Sea-Dweller in 2017 after decades without one, so both Cyclops and no-Cyclops versions circulate on the pre-owned market. Cases have grown from a vintage 40mm to the current 43mm, all on a steel Oyster bracelet with a black Cerachrom bezel. Widely searched references include the vintage 1665 and 16600, and the current 43mm 126600. A rare 1970s 1665 variant with a double-reference dial, nicknamed the "Double Red" for its two lines of red text, is among the most sought-after vintage Rolex dive watches for exactly that reason.
Every used Rolex Sea-Dweller we list is a genuine, pre-owned timepiece — never a reproduction or a franken-watch assembled from mismatched parts. We disclose condition plainly: mint, excellent, good or fair, whether it ships with the original box and papers or full set, and any service history we know about. A Sea-Dweller without its papers isn't necessarily a concern — many trade without a full set — but we tell you exactly what documentation comes with the specific watch you're looking at before you buy.
Our Rolex models guide covers how the Sea-Dweller fits into the rest of the Rolex catalogue. Every Sea-Dweller watch listed here is ordered online, then brought into our Snellville showroom and inspected before it's handed to you — it isn't sitting in a case waiting for a walk-in.
