What We Make

Four Product Lines, One Workshop

As custom jewelry manufacturers, we build four product lines for retail partners, each modeled in CAD and produced in-house before it ships.

Engagement rings & bridal bands

Solitaires, halos and eternity bands built to your specification sheet or ours. As a custom jewelry manufacturer, we handle the center stone setting and the matching band as one order.

Chains & pendants

Cuban, rope, figaro and cable chains in any length, plus pendants set to match. ATL Luxury Jewelry is one of the custom jewellery manufacturers retailers turn to for a chain and pendant line built to spec.

Grillz

Cast and finished from a customer impression or a digital scan, plain metal or set with stones. Every grillz order runs through the same production line as our other product lines.

Any custom piece

A ring, cuff, set or one-off request your customer brought you — it runs through the same custom jewelry manufacture process as our engagement line: CAD, cast, set and finish, in-house.

The Process

How Jewelry Manufacturing Works

Every piece we manufacture — for our own floor or for another retailer — runs through the same six-step custom jewelry production line, made in Georgia, USA rather than sent overseas.

  1. 01

    CAD Design

    Your specification or a reference photo becomes a CAD model, built to the metal, stone and sizing you supply.

  2. 02

    3D Render

    A 3D render comes back for approval before anything is cast, so changes happen on screen, not in metal.

  3. 03

    Wax Print

    The approved CAD file is wax-printed in-house, ready for investment and casting the same way.

  4. 04

    Casting

    Each wax is invested and cast in our own shop — this is where the jewelry casting happens, whether it's gold castings for a bridal order or a single custom piece, ring castings included.

  5. 05

    Stone Setting

    Diamonds and gemstones are set into the cast piece, matched to the stones and layout you specified.

  6. 06

    Finishing

    Polishing, rhodium plating where called for, and a final quality check before the piece ships to you.
