Our showroom is at 1905 Scenic Hwy N, Suite 230, Snellville, GA 30078 — about 25 minutes east of downtown Atlanta, just off Highway 78. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments get a dedicated jeweler for the full visit.

Are you a chain store or independent?

We're an independent, family-run atelier — not a Kay, Zales, or Jared. That distinction matters: chain stores carry mass-market inventory marked up 8–10x and don't employ jewelers on the premises. We design, set, and repair on-site, source diamonds directly from cutters, and our pricing reflects the difference. The trade-off is that we're not on every corner — there's one location in metro Atlanta, by design.

Do you sell certified diamonds?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every loose diamond over 0.5ct is sold with a certificate from GIA, IGI, or HRD, the three internationally-recognized labs. The certificate documents the diamond's exact 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat) along with measurements and any treatments. Lab-grown diamonds come with the same certifications. Smaller accent diamonds (under 0.25ct) typically come with house quality grading rather than individual certs — standard practice industry-wide.

Can I customize a piece I see in your inventory?

Yes — almost every piece in our inventory can be reset into a different setting, sized to fit, engraved, or otherwise customized at the time of purchase. For engagement rings specifically: we can change metal type, switch the center stone, modify the band profile, add a diamond halo, or build a completely custom design around any loose stone. Most customizations add 2–6 weeks to delivery; rush options are available.

What's a typical engagement-ring budget at your store?

Accepted Answer

Most of our engagement-ring clients budget between $4,000 and $15,000, with the median around $7,500. The 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat) and the natural-vs-lab-grown decision are the biggest pricing levers. A 1-carat natural diamond in a quality setting typically runs $6,500–$10,000; the equivalent lab-grown can be $2,500–$4,500. We work in every budget from $1,500 (small lab-grown center) to $100,000+ (custom statement pieces). We'll never push beyond what you've said you want to spend.

Do you do custom design from scratch?

Yes — about a third of our work is fully custom. The process: a free consultation (in-person or video) to understand the vision, then a CAD render of the proposed design (typically within a week), unlimited revisions until you approve the render, then 3–6 weeks fabrication by our master jeweler. We work in all metals (platinum, 10K–24K gold, palladium, mixed-metal) and with both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Custom design is priced the same as comparable inventory pieces — there's no design fee.

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — through Wells Fargo Jewelry Advantage and Affirm. Wells Fargo offers 0% APR promotional terms (6, 12, or 18 months depending on order size) on approved credit. Affirm offers fixed-rate installment plans from 3 to 36 months. We process the application in-store in under 10 minutes, or you can apply online before your visit. Most engagement rings and watches qualify.

Do you buy jewelry, sell estate pieces, or take trade-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes to all three. We buy gold, diamonds, and signed jewelry (estate pieces from Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef, etc.) — the offer is made on the spot after inspection. We also carry an estate section with authenticated pre-owned pieces, typically at 40–60% off retail. And every diamond we sell qualifies for our lifetime trade-up program: you get full original purchase value toward any larger stone in our inventory.

Most clients don't — and that's the most common reason to book a private consultation. We'll show you a representative range of styles, metals, stone shapes, and price points (no pressure to choose anything), so you walk out with a clearer sense of what fits you. Engagement-ring shoppers in particular benefit from this — picking a center stone is much easier after seeing 1ct, 1.5ct, and 2ct stones side by side in person.

Do you offer same-day pickup or rush turnaround?

Accepted Answer

Yes — anything in our showroom inventory can be purchased and taken home the same day. Engraving (initials, dates, short messages) is done in-house and typically adds 2–3 hours during showroom hours. For online orders: orders placed before 12pm qualify for same-day pickup at the showroom or next-day insured shipping nationwide. Custom and resizing work needs the standard 2–6 week turnaround unless rush service is arranged in advance.
