Custom Name Necklaces & Nameplate Pendants
A custom name necklace (or nameplate necklace) is a pendant cut from a single sheet of gold or silver in the shape of a name, word, or phrase — built one-off at our Snellville bench, never stamped from a mold or imported.
- Script — the most popular style for women.
- Block / bubble letter — bolder and more contemporary.
- Cursive — sits between the two.

Gold, Silver & Diamond Name Necklaces
Material drives both price and aesthetic:
- 14K gold — the sweet spot; daily-durable, color-rich, ~30–40% less than 18K.
- 18K gold — warmer color saturation; popular for heirloom commissions.
- Sterling silver — the most accessible at ~70% below gold.
- Diamond accents — along letters or borders, typically 0.10–0.50ct total, for $400–$2,500 over base.

Chain Length, Letter Thickness & Two-Name Designs
Chain lengths and construction:
- Lengths — 14” (choker), 16”, 18” (most popular), and 20–22” for layering.
- Letter thickness — typically 1.0–1.2mm; substantial without being bulky.
- Two-name necklaces (parent + child, couples) — laser-cut as one unified piece.
- Custom font work (signature replication or new letterform) — adds 1–2 weeks.
