Pearl Restringing in Atlanta
Knotted or unknotted, a worn pearl strand gets restrung on our bench. Get a price range online, then bring the strand in for an exact quote.
How long is the necklace?

Why pearls need restringing
The silk or nylon cord a strand is strung on stretches and weakens over time, and knots between pearls (if the strand has them) wear at the same points with every wear. Restringing replaces that cord and, on a knotted strand, re-ties a knot between each pearl so a break loses only one, not the whole strand.
Knotted vs. unknotted, and clasp checks
A knotted strand takes more time than an unknotted one because of the individual knots, which our estimator asks about directly. While a strand is on the bench we also check the clasp, since a worn clasp is often the reason a strand needed attention in the first place.
