How long does a custom pendant commission take?

Most pendant commissions take a few weeks from approved design to delivery, depending on the setting and stone sourcing. The process runs consultation → CAD & 3D render → crafting → delivery, and we confirm a firm timeline at the quote stage before any work starts.

Can I use my own diamond or a family heirloom stone in a custom pendant?

Yes. We regularly reset a client's own diamond or a family heirloom stone into a new, custom-built pendant. Bring the stone to your consultation and we'll design the commission around it — no need to buy a new center stone.

Do you source the diamond or gemstone, or do I have to bring one?

Either. If you don't already have a stone, we source a GIA-certified natural diamond, an IGI-certified lab-grown diamond, or a colored gemstone to your size, cut, and budget as part of the commission. If you already have a stone, see the previous question.

How is a custom pendant different from buying one in your showroom?

A custom pendant is designed from scratch around your stone, setting, and metal choices, with a CAD render you approve before anything is built. Our ready-to-wear diamond pendants, by contrast, are stock inventory you can try on and take home the same day.
