In-stock pieces

Any in-stock piece purchased from us can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery or pickup. The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging, with the certificate included if one was issued with your purchase.

Made-to-order, sized and engraved pieces

These are final sale — anything set with a chosen stone, sized, or engraved to order is made specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, we guarantee your satisfaction and will make adjustments until you’re happy.

Loose graded stones

Loose graded stones purchased unset can be returned within 10 days of delivery, matching our own grading-lab partners’ return terms.

Holiday purchases

Pieces bought during the holiday season get a longer window — the standard 14-day exchange or refund period extends to 30 days on unworn, in-stock gifts. Gift receipts make exchanges seamless.
