We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchase, in any category — in-stock pieces, made-to-order, sized and engraved pieces, and loose graded stones are all final sale.
Sizing, engraving and adjustments
This isn’t a return or exchange. Adjustments to made-to-order, sized and engraved pieces are covered by our care plans. Every piece carries a warranty against manufacturing defects, and our jewelers check each piece for them before it is handed over.
