Quoted at the counter and usually finished the same visit. No appointment needed.

What is it doing?
Find the one that sounds like yours. Most of them are a same-visit fix.
It stopped
Nine times out of ten that is a dead battery. We change it at the counter and check the case seal while the back is open.
The band does not fit
Links come out or a strap gets fitted to your wrist. Every link we remove goes home with you.
The crystal is cracked
A chipped or crazed crystal gets replaced so the dial stays sealed.
The crown will not wind
A worn stem stops it setting the time. Both get rebuilt at the bench.
It fogged up inside
Moisture behind the glass means the gaskets have failed. Bring it in before the movement corrodes.
