We handle full overhauls. We are an independent workshop and not an authorized dealer or service center for Rolex or any other brand. Every watch is inspected and quoted in writing before anything is opened.

There is no charge for the estimate either way. Everyday jobs like a battery or a strap are covered under watch repair, and we also deal in pre-owned Rolex watches.
What is it doing?
Find the one that sounds like yours. Most of these go to the bench for a closer look.
It runs fast or slow
A mechanical movement that gains or loses more than a few seconds a day needs regulation. We check it against a timing standard before we touch anything inside.
It has not been serviced in years
Movements dry out over time even sitting in a drawer. A full service strips the movement down, cleans and re-oils it, and shows us which parts have worn enough to replace.
The crystal is scratched
A fine web of surface scratches or a deeper chip both get polished out or replaced so the dial reads clearly again.
The bracelet has stretched
Loose links let the case slide and knock against your wrist. We tighten or rebuild the bracelet so it sits the way it did new.
You inherited it
An older piece deserves a careful look before it goes back on a wrist. We inspect it fully and explain what it needs before anything is opened.
