Happy with it? Submit the design from inside the studio. This is a quote request, not a purchase — no card is charged and no order is placed at this step.

We price it

Your design lands in our shop inbox. One of our jewelers reviews the metal, stone choices, and build complexity and replies by email with a firm, itemized quote — most requests usually hear back within one business day.

We build it

Approve the quote and we move into production in our Snellville store. You'll get updates as your piece is crafted, right through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. You can design a piece from start to finish as a guest — no sign-up, no email required to start. An account is only useful if you want to save a design and come back to it later; it is never required to submit a quote request.

Using the studio itself is free. Submitting a design sends a quote request to our shop, not a charge — it is not a checkout. One of our jewelers prices your specific metal, stone, and setting choices and replies by email with a firm quote before anything is ordered or paid for.

Most quote requests usually get a reply by email within one business day. If your design uses an unusual stone or setting combination that needs sourcing, we'll say so in that first reply along with a realistic timeline.

The studio covers the full range we work in — 14K and 18K gold in white, yellow, and rose, plus platinum, and natural or lab-grown diamonds alongside colored gemstones such as sapphire, ruby, emerald, and pearl. If you want a combination the studio doesn't offer, mention it in your quote request and we'll tell you if it's possible.

Yes. Submitting a design starts a conversation with a jeweler, not a locked order — nothing goes into production until you approve a final quote. Reply to our email with any changes and we'll re-quote before anything is built.

That's exactly what our custom jewelry design process is for — a jeweler-led commission with in-house CAD rendering and hand-fabrication, start to finish. You can also book a consultation to talk through your idea before you touch the studio at all.
