Care

Platinum is naturally hypoallergenic and develops a soft patina with everyday wear. Many clients leave it as-is; it can also be polished back to a bright finish; polishing is covered by our care plans.

We recommend a professional cleaning, inspection and prong check twice a year to keep stones secure and metal finishes at their best.

Ring sizing and other adjustments are covered by our care plans. Resizing after a stone is set can affect fit and setting security, so ask us about options before you order.

When I tell you this is the ONLY jeweler that would accept my ring and the challenge of resizing it and it came out PERFECT!!!!!! They were so kind and have definitely found a loyal customer in me. Whether you live in Gwinnett or outside this jeweler is WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! Thank you for making my engagement ring wearable and so beautiful!!

Understanding This Piece

About Pearl

Pearls are the only major gemstones produced by living organisms, formed when a mollusk coats an irritant with layers of nacre over months or years. Modern fine-jewelry pearls are typically Akoya (Japan, classic round), South Sea (Australia, large with golden or silver tones), or Tahitian (French Polynesia, dark with peacock overtones). Pearls score just 2.5–4.5 on Mohs and require gentle care: wipe with a damp cloth after wearing, store separately from harder jewelry, and avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and chlorine. Pearl is the June birthstone and 30th-anniversary gem.

About 14K Rose Gold

14K rose gold gets its romantic pink hue from a copper-rich alloy, typically around 25% copper combined with silver. The color is warm, slightly less intense than 10K rose, and ages beautifully without tarnishing or requiring rhodium replating. Rose gold has been a defining engagement-ring trend of the last decade, pairing especially well with morganites, peach sapphires, and oval and cushion-cut diamonds. It flatters most skin tones and reads as both vintage and modern.

About Stackable Rings

Stackable rings are thin (typically 1–2.5mm wide) bands designed to be worn together in layered combinations on the same finger. The style emerged in the 1990s and has become one of the strongest growth categories in fine jewelry over the past decade. Stacks can combine matching bands, contrasting metals (yellow + white + rose is the modern 'tri-color' stack), or alternating plain and diamond-set bands. The slim profile and clean inner walls let adjacent rings sit flush together; most clients comfortably wear 2–4 bands per finger.
